Saudi Aramco considers building a clean fuel plant and a power plant

Saudi Aramco is considering offers by Asian and European companies to build a factory for the production of new types of clean fuel in its Ras Tanura refinery and a power plant for its new oil refinery in Yazan. The first project will be ready in 2016. The second project will have a capacity of 2,400 MW.
